Only completing one task will be a big task for you, let alone the three tasks in a single go. For people who have no experience in running marathons, it might take up to three years to get ready. They require getting their body ready and building fitness to the maximum level.
Always remember that making your core or the base stronger is the key to success. Another essential thing which matters a lot if you want to become an iron man is endurance. Once you get the base, you should start building on it. For example, if you start running, you should keep on increasing the distance every week.
It is also essential that you practice the transitions from one sport to another. It is not going to be easy to switch from swimming to biking and then to running. Because of this, you should train yourself in such a way that you do not find it difficult. When you are on a bike, your leg muscles shorten up. This might be a problem for you when you start running. Because of this, you should practice the transitions to get yourself ready for the grand event.
Apart from your training, what you also consume matters as it decides your fitness levels and your overall health. You must follow a healthy diet and stay away from food items which can hinder your growth. You should eat enough green leafy vegetables and nutrients to get all the necessary nutrients. And with this, you should also consume a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated.
